Salmon with Shrimp and Creamy Topping

Ingredients
- 1.4 kg salmon fillet
- 700 g cream cheese
- 200 g chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons lemon pepper
- 18–20 peeled shrimp
- 3 tablespoons black olives
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 210 °C (410 °F).
- Place the salmon on a large baking sheet and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Mix cream cheese, lemon pepper, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, salt, and pepper.
- Spread over the salmon.
- Arrange the shrimp on top.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes.
