Crispy Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1.2 kg broccoli
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 500 g grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- juice or zest of ½ lemon (optional)
Directions
- Toss the broccoli with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a large baking sheet with parmesan on top.
- Bake at 220 °C (430 °F) for 15–18 minutes.
- Finish with lemon.
