Crispy Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg broccoli
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 500 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • juice or zest of ½ lemon (optional)

Directions

  1. Toss the broccoli with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread on a large baking sheet with parmesan on top.
  3. Bake at 220 °C (430 °F) for 15–18 minutes.
  4. Finish with lemon.
